From April 1st to April 28th, users who place an order and complete payment in the online store will have a chance to win a limited edition Teyvat Fashion Carnival Limited Cylinder.
The store team will randomly select the orders placed in the previous week on Mondays, using the unique order number as the lottery ticket.
The winning users' order numbers and IDs will be announced on Tuesdays, the winner will be published on official social media and the bottom of this page. And the prizes will be shipped out on April 30th.
If a winning user cancels their order during the process, they will forfeit their winning status.
